[Workout] Bridge with leg adduction

One of my favorite things is finding a really good new workout move. So (call me crazy) I decided it could be cool to feature a fun, new workout that I’m digging every week. And (again, I must be deranged) Wednesday. Workout. Both start with “w”…come on, who can beat that?

Anyway, let’s kick off this here Wednesday Workout of the Week…
(pow pow sparkles and fireworks!

This week’s workout: Bridge with leg adduction
Muscles worked: Inner thighs, glutes, triceps
Courtesy of: Tone It Up One Day Fat Blast DVD

Start on the ground facing up. Put your arms behind you, knees up and feet flat in front of you. Simultaneously, lift your hips and straighten one leg in front of you.

Lower your leg down to the side, back to the top and down, with your hips. Repeat on the opposite side.

Do this move 15-20 times/2-3 reps with your other workout moves. Seriously, try it! And honestly, this is just one great moves from the DVD – I definitely suggest checking it out.

Oh and come on back next Wednesday for my new favorite workout of the week :)

Workout Motivation: Reward Yourself!

Saw this on Pinterest (are you as obsessed with it as I am? seriously…it’s so addicting)…
Anyway, saw this idea on Pinterest and I think it’s such a great idea!

So, need some workout motivation? “You’ll feel great and feel better” isn’t cutting it? Try bribing yourself! Put $1 in a jar every time you complete a workout. Keep working towards your goals. When you reach a certain goal, say $100, treat yourself to a massage or a new pair of shoes, etc.

Seriously great motivation!
